Digital certificates

Pursuant to Article 58, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law, whenever documents are delivered electronically, regulations on electronic signature shall apply.
Regarding the aforementioned provision of the Public Procurement Law, the Public Procurement Bureau would like to inform you that it is necessary to purchase digital certificate for electronic signature of the documents. The required digital certificate should be of PKCS#12 standard type. Authorized issuers of digital certificates in Republic of Macedonia are Macedonian Telecom and KIBS.
